Professional Fees

The Canadian immigration system is complex and changes frequently, so we have made it our primary goal to assist you towards bringing you and your family to Canada. The key to your application success is to prepare promptly and clearly understand your alternatives. We always make sure that our professional fees are fully reasonable, transparent, and suit our client’s budget. Starting with the “Retainer Agreement” means no hidden fee. We offer a wide range of Canadian immigration services charged either in “block fees” or at an “hourly rate”.

Our Fees include an assessment of an applicant's credentials, consultations, preparation and advice regarding temporary and permanent immigration options to Canada. In addition, we offer accurate assessments and review our client's application to improve their chances of success.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We provide all new clients with an initial assessment. This assessment enables the prospective immigrants to learn about their immigration options as well as understand what type of service we can offer them. Please note that During the initial assessment process, we will provide clients with a general overview of their immigration cases and answer only general question about immigration to Canada.  If you would like to get answers to specific questions, you are welcome to contact us and book for a consultation.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION

All professional consultations are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am ato 5:30 pm Eastern Time (EST). You can book either In-Person or Telephone/Skype Consultation. The In-Person Consultation fee is fully deductible towards the retainer fee in case you decide to hire us to process your application within 15 days.

FULL REPRESENTATION

Clients may require full representation to proceed with their immigration application. Cost of full representation service varies case to case. Please contact us to get  an accurate estimate to your application. We provide two payment options for most cases:

1. Block Fees 

   You can choose this option if you want us to guide you through the immigration process from start to finish. We’ll provide you with an upfront estimate of our professional fees before we proceed, so you’ll know exactly how much you need to pay and when it will be paid.

2. Hourly Rates      

   If you wish to get a specific support with your immigration application, this option is more cost-effective and enables you to pay for our services on an hourly basis. We’ll advise you with the exact time that will be spent on your case. 

GOVERNMENT FEES

Our professional fees do not include the provincial and federal government processing fees. All provincial and/or federal fees will be described in the Retainer Agreement signed between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Client.

Disbursements

In addition to our professional fees, you will be responsible for any disbursements such as photocopying, translating or notarizing documents, and courier charges. These charges will be fully detailed in your Retainer Agreement.

We strive to give all clients the best available service. Please note that results can never be guaranteed by anyone, and the fees we charge is for the service, not the result.
